Comparison can be done by total value or average per employee to cope with business units size difference, for example calculating total overtime by business unit may be a key indicator to know where most of the cost come from while calculating average worked hours per employee per day can be a measurement key for workload distribution over business units.

Integration with Access Control Systems and attendance machines
To enable customers to benefit their previous investment in existing hardware, LaborTracker can be integrated with existing Access Control System / Attendance Machines to import attendance transactions. Access Control System should have open database.

Integration with HR Systems
LaborTracker can integrate with HR System to import and synchronize company organization structure (business units’ hierarchy), employees’ data (ID, name, job, manager, etc….) and vacations.

Integration with payroll systems
LaborTracker can be integrated with payroll systems to automatically export employees calculated payroll fields into payroll database to eliminate manual data entry, fields that are usually needed by payroll:
  1. Additions: overtime hours, meal allowance, transportation allowance, etc...
  2. Deductions: unpaid vacations, penalties, etc...

Employee Self-Service Web Application
Web application developed to provide faster channel for employees to get their own reports by themselves and to save HR staff time:
  • Employees can use Self-Service web application to view personal reports or to request vacations, missions or permissions. When request is issued, it will be forwarded to the authorized manager to approve as per predefined approval workflow. When manager approves employee vacation, this module can automatically send notification emails to predefined list of other business managers.
  • Managers can also use Self-Service web application to view reports of their employees.

Enables organization to automate time tracking process by sending automated reminder emails on predefined schedules:
  1. To employees / managers to provide absence reasons
