What We Provide
GlobalAppTech started its journey in 2012 with an ambition to build a software team which will provide software services using latest proven technologies ensuring quality, flexibility, and reliability. We started with on project in hand, Toyota Egypt Service Centers Process Automation. Our task was to build a robust system to automates vehicle service process starting from appointment reservation till service completion and vehicle delivery to customer. The project was a success story that enabled Toyota Egypt to double service centers reservation capacity and reduce appointments lead time by 60%.
Then we used Toyota project as a reference to get our next project with GB Auto, dealer of Hyundai, Mazda, and Geely in Egypt. The project purpose was to manage Service Centers Operations to increase capacity and minimize customer complains. The project was another success story that encouraged GB Auto to assign GlobalAppTech 2 projects to develop new systems from scratch for Ghabbour Academy and GB Legal Sector to automate their business processes considering their special needs.
Then IT Director for GB Auto moved to another company, Integrated Diagnostics Holdings (IDH), a multinational medical diagnostics organization with more than 600 labs in 5 countries. IDH awarded us a project to integrate their Lab Information System with SAP, a task that they were trying to do for 3 years, we successfully completed the job in couple of months, so IDH awarded us a new project to develop a new Lab Information System from scratch to solve problems in their old system and to integrate other subsystem within a single integrated solution. The project was a real success story baring in mind that IDH assigned task to 3 other vendors who they failed to deliver.
Due to our success with IDH, we were awarded to develop a new Operation Management System for their new subsidiary company Wayak from scratch. The success of Wayak project was a breakthrough for us as we partnered with our customer to develop a flexible customizable software to automate and control a new unique business model and to continuously adjust business processes and controls according to experience we gained and maturity we achieve over time.
In 2020, one of Toyota employees moved to Grohe Egypt company. He is responsible for customer service section, he assigned us a project to develop Customer Relation Management System to handle customer calls and manage technician visits to customers, we completed the task successfully and the benefits of the developed system encouraged Grohe to implement the system in 6 other countries
